Paul M. Pantano is a local leader in the real estate industry, acting as an active residential/commercial broker and commercial market participant through closely held operating companies. Before establishing PANTANO Real Estate as an independent brokerage in 2001, Paul achieved extensive performance milestones in his decades as a practitioner Paul has been engaged in New Castle County real estate since 1990. Throughout his career, he has sold or helped sell thousands of properties.

He has received numerous awards, including REALTOR of the Year for New Castle County and the State of Delaware in 2010. He is also a past president of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS. With a firm commitment to the City of Wilmington, Paul consistently acts to advance affordable homeownership initiatives, in addition to assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their objectives. Paul grew up in Wilmington, attended Howard Career Center and later the University of Delaware, where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration.

He lives in Greenville with his wife and three children. He has been an active participant in numerous housing-related boards and volunteer activities in the community though his career. Jeffrey Sheraton is a Wilmington native with years of experience investing in residential real estate.  Through his company, Sheraton Properties, he owns and manages several dozen properties.  Jeff also has experience with foreclosures and alternative real estate financing.  He specializes in properties located in the City of Wilmington and New Castle County.  In addition to his real estate business Jeff is also a career firefighter/EMT.  Jeff would be happy to help you with any of your real estate needs.

Joseph P. Hurley III has been an industry leader in the real estate community, serving New Castle County, DE.
