In June 2018, Holly Henderson-Smith joined PANTANO Real Estate, a boutique real estate brokerage focused on listing and selling residential real estate in the Greater Wilmington and New Castle County marketplace. A native Delawarean, Holly is a graduate of Archmere Academy, and has a bachelor's degree of science from Villanova University. Following her undergraduate studies, Holly furthered her education by attending the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and earning a degree in Textile Development and Marketing. Holly then pursued an illustrious career in Fashion where she held the position as the Vice President of Advertising and Marketing at J. Mendel. While working a total of 11 years for J. Mendel Holly became certified in Marketing & Graphic Design, doing work for companies such as Art of Shaving, Shawn Warren, Oscar De La Renta Furs, Empowers Africa, Lens Crafters, Dewar's etc.

James grew up in Delaware and went on to study Finance and Marketing at Penn State University for his undergraduate degree. He has volunteered as a youth soccer coach at the YMCA and fundraiser for Kids with Cancer (Dance Marathon) at Penn State University.
