Paul M. Pantano

Paul M. Pantano is a local and national leader in the real estate industry who acts as both an active residential real estate broker and market participant through his closely held operating companies. Before establishing PANTANO Real Estate in 2001, Paul was a successful REMAX agent achieving numerous performance milestones.

Paul has been engaged in New Castle County residential and commercial real estate since 1990. Throughout his career, he has participated in marketing thousands of residential and commercial properties.  H has received numerous awards including Realtor of the Year for New Castle County and the State of Delaware in 2010. He is also the past president of the New Castle County Board of Realtors.

With a firm commitment to the City of Wilmington Paul consistently acts to advance affordable homeownership while assisting buyers and sellers achieve their objectives.

Paul grew up in Wilmington, attended Howard Career Center HS and the University of Delaware, where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration.  He lives in Greenville with his wife and three children and is active on numerous housing-related boards and in volunteer activities in the community.

Jeffrey Sheraton is a Wilmington native with years of experience investing in residential real estate.  Through his company, Sheraton Properties, he owns and manages several dozen properties.  Jeff also has experience with foreclosures and alternative real estate financing.  He specializes in properties located in the City of Wilmington and New Castle County.  In addition to his real estate business Jeff is also a career firefighter/EMT.  Jeff would be happy to help you with any of your real estate needs.

Holly Henderson-Smith

In June 2018, Holly Henderson-Smith joined PANTANO Real Estate, a boutique real estate brokerage focused on listing and selling residential real estate in the Greater Wilmington and New Castle County marketplace. A native Delawarean, Holly is a graduate of Archmere Academy, and has a bachelor's degree of science from Villanova University. Following her undergraduate studies, Holly furthered her education by attending the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and earning a degree in Textile Development and Marketing. Holly then pursued an illustrious career in Fashion where she held the position as the Vice President of Advertising and Marketing at J. Mendel. While working a total of 11 years for J. Mendel Holly became certified in Marketing & Graphic Design, doing work for companies such as Art of Shaving, Shawn Warren, Oscar De La Renta Furs, Empowers Africa, Lens Crafters, Dewar's etc.

Holly's past experience has helped to create the backbone for the beginning of her career in Real Estate. As she continues her daily pursuit to being one of the top agents in her office, she welcomes the everyday hustle allowing her to push her business to the next level. Pleshette Moore


Pleshette Moore has been serving the community throughout her career and civic affiliations.  She enjoys helping and working with people so real estate is a natural fit as she assists clients with the purchase and sale of their biggest and most important assets. Negotiation, mediation and investigative skills come natural to her and are required skills for a realtor. As she has supported the public as a probation officer, mediator and investigator in various state and federal court systems across the country, advocating for her real estate clients is inherent in her character and will be of the utmost priority. This sets her apart when representing her clients’ interests whether they are buying or selling their home.

 Moreover, Pleshette has a strong work ethic in every endeavor that she takes on as well as she keenly pays attention to the details. These skills are very instrumental in each real estate transaction. You will see this and much more when you work with Pleshette. Furthermore, respect is earned by the display of your accomplishments. (And she has received many throughout her career.)  Trust is earned by the display of your loyalty to others. Dennis J Mellor


Dennis has been providing "Real Estate with a Difference" since 2002. He goes above and beyond for each of his clients, ensuring clients make informed decisions and are aware of current market conditions.  He prides himself on taking a customized approach to each client's differing needs.

Dennis is a North Wilmington resident, and specializes in residential properties in the greater New Castle County market and surrounding areas.  On the lighter side, Dennis is an admitted sort-of nerd.  He can usually name the neighborhood by hearing just a street name.  An avid dog lover, he is active in rescue, often welcoming fosters to stay with him and his 2 dogs. Randomly, he earned a bachelors degree in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.

Charles “Ebbie” Alfree III

Charles “Ebbie” Alfree III of Wilmington, was born and raised in Delaware. Having vast knowledge about the First State, he recently made a career change and became a real estate agent after 20 years of working in the non-profit sector.

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Management, Ebbie worked in the marketing and development departments for Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Delaware County, AIDS Delaware, NAMI Delaware, NAMI (national office), and The Hickman Friends Senior Community of West Chester. During his successful career, He Oversaw NAMIWalks (a $10 million, national, peer-to-peer fundraising program); implemented and hosted multiple national and regional fundraising events, conferences, and training programs; secured major gifts; assisted in completing two capital campaigns; developed and maintained departmental budgets; and strategized long-term plans and goals. For his work in the non-profit sector, Ebbie was named the 2009 Rising Star of the Year by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Brandywine Chapter.

In addition to his professional career, Ebbie earned his Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University in 2010, he graduated from Leadership Chester County in 2018, and currently serves as a Board member of City Theater Company and the Rotary Club of West Chester.

Joseph P. Hurley III

Joseph P. Hurley III has been an industry leader in the real estate community, primarily serving New Castle County, DE.  Since 2006, Joseph has been a highly engaged market participant as both a Broker and a Principle of real estate activities.  His knowledge and experience has been built upon a foundation that has produced in excess of 1300 transactions to date.

Joseph works closely with many Community Development Non-Profit Corporations in the acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition of fully developed projects for affordable home ownership with the goal of stabilizing the neighborhoods in which we all live and work.  With his continued professional relationship with New Castle County Government in the implementation of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Joseph has successfully cooperated with the disposition of millions of federal dollars in the acquisition and development of over 75+ homes.

As a summer job, he framed new construction homes at the New Jersey Shore town of Avalon, where he gained a unique insight into the many facets of real estate, which help to differentiate and strengthen his skill set which he makes available to his many successful clients.  This experience has allowed him to be a knowledgeable asset to many local infill builders in the identification of land opportunities that become new home sales.

Born, raised and a current resident in the City of Wilmington, Joseph has an in-depth knowledge of the city and is deeply immersed in the intricacies of it’s communities.  Educated locally at Saint Edmonds Academy, a graduate of Alexis I du PONT High School and the recipient of a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Drexel University, Joseph is a well-rounded individual.

His hobbies include riding waves in Bethany Beach, DE, running 5K’s, shooting three’s on the basketball court, BMW M3’s and Bengal Kitties.

Joseph says, “A deal today is a better deal tomorrow.”


Elaine Beuther

Elaine Beuther is a New York City native who relocated to Wilmington Delaware in 2022. Prior to becoming a realtor, she worked as the Chief Financial Officer of the international fashion house Comme des Garcons/Dover Street Market. As the CFO, Elaine was responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, generating revenue and saving costs. She is skilled in cultivating and fostering long-term relationships at all levels built on honesty, integrity and trust.

Buying or selling real estate is an enormously important transaction and as a new realtor Elaine utilizes her strong financial skills and negotiation abilities to help her clients get the best results. She works hard for each and every client and always takes every opportunity to draw upon the vast resources that are available at Pantano Realty. Elaine attended Baruch College in New York where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Elaine is an avid reader, loves to meditate and go on long distance bike rides. She is also a big supporter of pet adoptions/rescues. Elaine has two completely spoiled black cats named Samson and Matilda.
